Ha Dearl;

All kidding aside, I started with a Seacraft in terrible condition kind of like your boat is. It actually makes things easy. YOU CAN’T SAVE ANYTHING so it frees you to tare it out there is No Doubt it all needs to be replaced. When you get done you got a new boat plus you will know every inch of it. Good Luck and remember to buy large quantities of BEER you will find it will aesthesis you which will make it easier, always remember never do more than 1 six pack of work in any one day or you will get discouraged through your built out.
