suggestions needed

Thanks dcobbett. I was thinking I would have to grind down to the glass. I'm hoping to leave the rounded edge so that I will not have as much work to do later.

I have not permanitely set the inner liner pieces in yet. Right now they are just resting on the hull. I remember when taking them out it was a huge pain to remove them because they were bonded to the inside skin on the transom. I'm thinking I will do the same when its time to get them back in the boat. Thanks -will
