with the forms off. I did the transom and live well all at the same time so it can be considered one piece. (Next time)I do this I am not gonna glass the forms before hand because there are a couple air pockets I want to fill. All in all this appears to be a fantastic product that is solid as a rock as you can see with me standing on the livewell while its not glassed in and its only about 1/2" thick except on the front where the form bowed a little.
