I wish I did have another emblem as I would be glad to send it to you for experimentation. Your concept sounds interesting, could you PM or email me with a little more info?

I used to do some clay work & actually have some clay. I'll try working with it today & see how well it picks up the detail.

You'd need to start with fairly soft clay, and maybe wet the emblem to make it release better......but my lady says it should work and the ceramic mold could be used with any softer metal......lead, brass,,,,

Hey there, there's a fella on classicmako called Scott C who runs a plastics CNC shop. He makes swtich panels, place cards etc for mako guys, so I'm sure he can make something like that for you. Here check out a link to some of his work.
