I was in the area, had some extra time to kill. I own a 32 Seacraft CC on the East coast of Fla. Had a chance to look at this boat today, wish I had the $$, wife would kill me to be a two boat owner, its the nicest 23 Sceptre I've seen. Someone will be a lucky buyer on this one! Thanks for your time Matt.

Hold on to her, if my Seafari sells on eBay I'm coming up to see her.

$6k for this great looking boat?

This is another steal (it really is). If you lived up north that boat would be in someone else's driveway (mine) by now.

I know this is an aside - but I am looking to do something very similar to what your boat has: seat bases that are used as a fish wells / etc.

Was that stock w/ your boat ?

Do they take up a lot of room ? i.e. narrowing the entry to the cabin too much ?

Do they drain over-board ?

Thx.

If it's anything like my father's '82, and it appears to be identical, those boxes are standard and drain overboard. They are molded into the liner. The passage width between them is all of 2 feet, probably more like 30 inches.

$6K is a deal and a half for that boat, especially if it looks as good in person as it does in pictures.

Yes they are stock. Don't take up any room, make great seats and have a ton of storage. They drain overboard about 3 to four inches above the boot stripe.
