Todd,

I got in touch with Smart Marine, they are running a special, buy one get one free. I was curious if you think you need the rails, or do you know you need them? I got a fair amount of spray in heavy seas, but only when it was windy. I was a little nose heavy, Now I am lightened up a bit, so I may not need them. Just curious of your thoughts before I spend 500 bucks. When will you splash the boat?

Thanks,

Dan

I know I need the rails. For what is being spent on everything else it is just a drop in the bucket. I would get them. The chines on our hull are flat and just let the water run right up the sides.
I am hoping to splash her sometime in April, hopefully before the Dania gathering.
