Default Scepter to Savage

I have managed to aquire a 1976 23' Sceptre in addition to my 1978 23" Sceptre. I have an idea to convert the 76 into a Savage. I need a console and T-top. Any ideas???

Is there any reason person should not own two SeaCrafts??

Your console options are pretty limitless, but if you're looking for a stock SC console, you're looking in the right place. Otherwise, places like Marine Connection Liquidators sell some nice consoles from other boat mfgs. T-tops are also limitless, it all depends on what you intend to use the boat for.

As for owning 2 SCs, there's no reason at all not too. Heck, check out some of the other members, especially Four Boat Theory. His user name says it all.

Nothing wrong with 6.
Literally working on #7 left for dead on side of road.
Old 16 LuCraft.

See ya, Ken
I have also come to the conclusion that I will have live to be 298 years old to finish all of my projects, assuming no more added!!!

The biggest thing is to think ahead, When doing mine, I started with a smaller console (out of a 22 or 23 mako), and ended up not quite happy with it, I ended up using the large console out of a 26 mako and Love it, I can still walk around the console without turning sideways, and have great protection, and a nice console, You lose a foot or so in the front of it, requiring some modification to the fish box lid, but I did not mind. My boat fishes 4 with no problem, Dive gear and all. And the cabin is awesome for storage. I love mine!
