The boat was stolen and then the robber ran it into the flats while being chased, the engines were running full tilt by the way.. He then jumped off and ran

check out the blade marks in the Marsh!

But you know if you look at this in another way. This guy invented a New Way to remove Barnacles from the bottom of boats.
