You are not alone Jorge, I emailed Nestor over a week ago.
He has convinviced the wife to vacate south FL.
He wants to come up this way to get away from the over flow
of south Florida. When you hear from him , tell him to get in touch with me there is some real nice property around me.
That is if he does not not mind peace and quiet in Down Hill, FL.
See ya, Ken

PS: I finally obtained a CO on my new house on Friday, It has been a longgggggggg 2 years from start to finish!!

The County inspectors refered to it as the Mexican Space Shuttle, Should be gone by Monday, Been paying $80 a month for the last year and a half for the dad-gum thing...
The county still assed me another $415.22 for impacts on storm water and waste manegment and late inspection fees before I can get FPL out here by Tuesday to give me a hook-up. 400 amp service to barn and house. Man-O man, It has been a long two years!!!!! Thats what you get when you build it your self. But I will be ready for a break at Anclote get together! $525,000 later we have a home!!
Rest assured this is the last one I build in Volusia County.
They have been a real pain in the, you know, BUTT !!!!!!

Hi guys! Yep, I've been away for the last 3 weeks and just got back. Jorge, I called you yesterday and left a message. I'll try again today!

NoBones, I'll definitely call you this week as soon as I catch up with the work backlog. Thanks for not forgetting me!
