Its In the water and looking good. I polished it today, and the original gel coat is slowly coming back. One Question-------is it worth the effort,or should I forget about it, wait a year, and algrip it.???

http://www.poliglowproducts.com/index2.phtml I would not alwgrip until I had used this. I think it is the best stuff out there for restoring gelcoat gloss. I had a friend who used it on his boat and I could not believe the difference. Have used it on several boats. It last a year and must be redone each year. Not very labor intensive at all and no buffing. The first application you must coat it with a de oxidizer and the coat with the polyglo. It would take me about 3 hours for a seacraft 23. After that a application of just the polycoat is required each season. You can put some water on your hull and get an idea how it will look with the polyglo, except the gloss doesnt disappear.
