I have a 1986 20 CC with a 2005 Yamaha four stroke (25"). It's probably at the limit as far as weight goes but it sure is a sweet motor. 41 mph at 5100 rpms of the gps. Nice and quiet. I don't think you can go wrong with any of the nice new motors out there.
