I live in boca and I think you guys should think about peanut island or jupiter. Boca requires a sticker for the ramp and its just Boca.Lake Boca is small and it just sucks.
I am not trying to change your plans and I will be there if you have it in boca. Im looking forward to the day I move out off boca. Keith
