Default What to look for?

I have a chance to buy a 76 23' Sea Craft Cuddy. It has a I/O in it, the whole boat will need to be restored. I can get the boat for a couple hundred dollars... What should I be looking for? Thanks

Everything. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. I'm not trying to sound like a wise guy, but for that much money the boat will probably need just about everything.

I figure it will need about everything but I thought if the hull was sound it would still be a good deal right?

For a couple hundred bucks I would think anything with a CLEAN title will be a good start.
