Stick to throwing chum, you did an excellent job by the way Although it will be sabiki's at Long Point so maybe a bit of practice is in order, I always get them in my arm but you can pull them right out with pliers so don't worry.

Hopefully you can add another couple of folks to the list; I've contacted Long Point about a campsite for me & the wife. It will be great to meet you folks & see the boats. We are second owners of a 1977 20' CC all original and needs a little help, but the Yam 150 runs great. We are just moving (back) to FL from Southern California and my wife is eager to meet new people & see new things. Can't believe she's so into going camping on her birthday!! Got room for a couple of strangers?

There is at least Briguy and myself heading over to Long Point with our families from the Bradenton area. Good to have you heading over.

Thanks Snook & Bones, we are really looking forward to a good time, crackin' open a few cold ones & learning more about these old tubs. Mine is pretty basic & original, actually a little scary with the 150 Yamaha & the 20" transom... Are you bringing kids to the shindig? How old are they?

Ledfoot- Yea, I'm bringing 3 kids- Corbin 9, Jonas 6, and Ansley 4. Briguy's son Jack is 3 I think. My kids were on a SeaCraft by the time they were 6 weeks old........ .

Ok, were they conceived on a SeaCraft...

These boats tend to excite more then just a mind rush.

See ya, Ken

Oh yeah, just grand kids for me, no young-uns'
coming with the Mrs. & myself...
