Default 73 Seacraft 20ft center console

I am looking at a 73 20Ft Center Console, with a 2002 135 Mercury Optimax and trailer. The boat was totaly redone in 2001. The owner is asking $10,000.00. Can anyone help with finding the value of Seacrafts boats and what price range would this boat be in?

Talked with the owner today he stated no more than 100 hrs on motor. The boat was not totaly restored from top to bottom, only hull and deck stripped and repainted.
