cavatation plate hight

need your help agin guys hung the new zuk today thought the
same holes from my old honda 25" and the new 140 would put motor in same position "wrong " has me confused but thats not reel hard to do any way i have a adjustable jack plate on boat. due to the underpower of the 90 honda i had the eng as high as she would stand now w/the 140 i have enough power i think. was wondering if you all could recomend hight
in relation to bottom of boat before i start to play the run and adjust game thank ya all for your help w/my repower ?
