The 200's have been one of Yamaha's best motors. I have heard that the 250 and 300's were not in line with Yamaha's reliability and I believe are priced accordingly, but if they had all the updates done.........If the oil line was not bleed properly on the 250 the#1 cylinders were leaning out and blowing.
