Things I'm currently doing to mine to counteract the extra weight in the transom:

-Batts under console.
-Fuel tank forward. Pushing it all the way up to the bulkhead.
-Oil tank under console (guess that doesn't concern you, though)
-Console forward 4-6 inches.
