Default decks on 2004 20' Seacraft

I know a 2004 isn't a classic, but I have a question on how to attach things to the decks of the newer boats. I want to bolt down a custom coffin box but can't figure out the best way to do this.
Any info you may have would be appreciated.
Thanks

Bolting down depends on access or using toggle type nuts.

The standard for screwing in the floor I believe is to over drill the size, fill hole with epoxy putty, let dry and then drill the smaller correct size.

I am sure others will jump in.

Good Luck.
