From what he stated in the email he sent me,the t-top frame,leaning post,all the controls and gauges are not included and the price is firm.He has yet to returm my email on directions.Does any one know if this year has the gas tank above deck

The tank for the 1970 is above deck and is 40 Gal. It is inside the console under the seat portion of the CC.....if its original.

Dave,
Sure...if you cut up the deck. Take a look at what strick (Here We Go Again) did to his 1969SF. Plenty of room under there. I have an original deck in mine and a new above deck tank.
