Default Thanks Ike

The Boat made it. I would have been pretty disapointed if a tree landed on it. We didn't have the devastation that hit the east side of Galveston, but here are a couple of pics
north corner of the yard minus a fence and trees

Thank goodness. Glad you made it thru. Ike also helped us out in Maryland, because of the gas shortage it created. I hear they are suspending the dreaded ethonol additive in gas for a while up here. Hope its true.

Hey SkipJake,
Im up in League City and my 75 was up in a mechanics yard out by Ellington Field. A tree fell and crushed the boat next to me, but spared mine. ( I guess God loves SeaCrafts too)
A bit of fence damage at home not much else. The eye came right over us so maybe that was a blessing unlike the poor folks up in Bolivar. My sister is down on Jamaica beach. I was GOING o bring my vessel there a week before IKE. Here are some pics of their place and our other toys that did not make it

Hide from the wind... RUN from the water. No S**T

I guess we just have to Grin and bear it huh ?
