Fountains, huh... Wee bit odd, I think. What motor and bracket do you have mounted? sounds like you have way to much weight aft. Are you riding pretty bow high? Not sure I understand the recess of those little wedges in front of the scupper tubes... almost sounds like they're on backwards creating a pickup scoop...love to see a picture of that, too.
