Awlgrip makes a good fairing compound, Awlfair, comes in slow or fast cure times. it is epoxy based.

I bought my Quick fair from Jamestown distributors a they will ship it anywhere!

That's about the best price i found most any place online.
Ships very quick,and ships anywhere.
