Default looking for fishing info port st lucie

getting out of the cold in ct and delivering a boat to port st lucie around feb 1st. looking to find some fishing info in that area. first time fishing in florida and no clue what is in the area at that time.

I can tell you that lately Fishing has been pretty good. Sailfish are around, Kingfish are also hitting. The dolphin bite is scattered but there are some nice fish to be caught. I have been spending more time deep dropping though and The tilefish have been very plentiful with many large fish being caught each trip. There are also a ton of Spanish Mackeral along the beach.

I would not expect this to change much before Feb.

What inlet are you planing to fish out of? What do you wish to fish for? With that info and a little bit about what you have in mind I should be able to point you to a few areas that may help you get started.

just got back to work from a vacation to find out i have to cancel plans due to a unreliable help that had to be fired.thanks for the reply.

It's not a bad thing, weather is not great right now anyway, in spring you will experience a great Mahi run.
