Default Re: Thru hulls?

On my 1 ½”overflow because it is high on the live well tank I have no valve and it goes out the bottom of the transom with double hose clamps and very good hose. On my drain line to drain the tank at the end of the day I have a sea cock on it. That of course goes from the bottom of the tank and also goes out the transom that one is Ύ”. I only use brass or Stanless steel for all my through hull fittings they look better and I really don’t trust nylon or plastic under the water line.
