Looks like I found some success....

I spoke with Tech Support to no avail so I started messing with the cables. I tested the GPS through the extention and the T that I have hooked to the motor and it worked so I was left with the cable to the EMM. I checked continuity on it and found a wire not making connection. After pulling the pin out of the AMP connector and some minor surgery I am in business.
