Default Striped Bass - May 22

Went out of Barnegat Inlet, solo, this am. Trolled 300 feet of wire and bunker spoons in about 50 feet of water. Lost two very nice fish close to the boat. I got the smallest fish to the boat (a 23 pounder, see below picture).

Nice morning on the water. Stoney, come get the bass.

Nice fish.
We have been slaughtering the Bass up here in Raritan Bay on clams.The fish are running up to 30lbs.Took my friends son out last night.The boy can fish.
