Default Re: 75 sceptre to cc conversion

strick, thanks for the feedback and believe me i appresiate all the hard work that you have done on your boats and the fact that you are willing to share your passion with us thru your photos & feedback. you & big shrimpn are the reason i even tried to build this bracket.some of the reasons i built the bracket the way i did are covered in the post you mention above. i did not want water hittting above the anticavation plate causing spray & more drag plus that extra 2'' in bracket transom hieght is below the water line giving me more floation & should act like a trim tab on takeoff. the tub is 19 1/4 h x 36'' w x 26 l. i mounted last night and it turn out to be 27 3/4'' above the keel of the boat to the top of the bracket. don the price you get for your bracket is worth every penny, the time spend designing a mold, building a mold, glassing the mold, money in material & time in labor next time i'll give you a call to place an order. new pics added in slideshow photobucket homepage
