QUESTION About 1980 23 SF CC

I know 1980 is kind of a grey area.. Is anyone for sure if it is Potter or CSY Yachts. Im looking at a 23 cc right now and was wondering who made it! And does anyone know of any problems/quality issues with this year if any?
