I have not tried that one. However every stripper I tried did not budge the bottom paint.

Let us know if it works.

I used a soybean based stripper that did a good job on removing bottom paint. It took a long time, messy and at the end I still had to wet sand to get all the paint off. In the end I did compound/wax and it came out OK. Just a ton of work.

I bought a qt of the stripper and applied it to the boat. After 3 hrs I went out and it seems like it is doing a decent job. It does look like I will have to do a 2nd coat and I plan on buying a gal size next time.

what I think is helping is that the person that did the bottom paint did a crappy job and did not sand the bottom 1st or do a barrier coat so it makes it easier to take off.

I think it's quicker and easier than sanding the bottom. Even if I do have to sand etc... it looks like I will save some time and effort.

He's were I'm at with the removal fo the bottom paint.

I brushed on the stripper and waited overnite to remove.
I used a pressure cleaner to help in the removal.

I did not expect a miricle but it worked out ok for the 12 dollars I spend on the West Marine brand. I plan to get another qt and re-apply and pressure clean it again.
I did have better results in the bow area but the back 1/2 still needs some additional elbow grease.

Again not bad results
