What I mean is--- painting the exterior of a classic to look like a current production boat. Not so much the color, I do like the F.L. yellow and Ice blue.

I painted my 74 Tsunami the same color as the original hull,"Red"
I actually had my niece photoshop a picture of the boat,in several colors, but the Red looked the best,in my case.I also figured that if it got any dings on it,that they wouldn't show as much. In the end,I love the red.Everyone who sees it on the water tells me they can't believe how far away that they can see it on the water. They mistake it for a coast guard boat. Check out the two part Urethanes from Epifanes. Some of them, like the red and mustard are very close to the orig Seacraft colors. Epifanes,is a dutch co,that makes a very high quality line of marine coatings. The two part urethane is similar to Imron, and is extremely durable. It's available from several distributors, like Merton fiberglass,Jamestown Dist,Hamiltom Marine, etc. http://www.epifanes.com/home.htm

Red is my favorite (notice my username red20). I am working on a 1978 20 MA and once it is ready for color it'll be red.

what i meant was that my boat on the inside is what you would call white, but it is more of a bone color sort of like the older mako's i was just curious if i could add some coloring agent, for it not to be completely white when i paint it ,

I would think that you could tint it with some universal pigment, however you may want to place a call to Interlux just to be sure.
They are pretty helpful on the phone.
