Bigshrimpin, I think it is in good shape, maybe a little stress from removing but it,s your,s if you want it. So I take it you don't need a new transom,that boat is in nice shape,how are the floor,s? Mine are coming out this weekend.

I just need to clean up my mess a bit,last weekend was real nice and I wanted to take full advantage, it was dark when I finished both day,s.

Thank,s for the offer I know I will need all the help I can get. For now I just want to get the deck out, clean up inside and cover it before winter, then I can work on it whenever I have time. I can send you a PM when I know I will be there all day and if you have time your more then welcome to take a look.
