I would think not much more than $1000.00
A lot less if it is not as clean as you think. You can figure out how much the trailer is worth, and how much could you get for the i/o if you scrapped it...that leaves hull value. Do a craigslist search for other boats of that era and you should come up with a reasonable cost.
