was the transom redone, and how does it sit in the water? The 1986 hulls have a small splash gate between the well and the cockpit. The F250 is heavy, check how she sits loaded in the water and put her stern to the seas.

I saw the boat on Craigslist and for the $ it looks like a nice rig, the engine alone was close to the asking price.
