Thats is exactly what I was talking about. The one I was looking at and now told the guy tonight I will buy, had the gap between the the hull side and the lip that comes off the floor. I have heard they came from the factory like that but not for sure. This boat next winter is going to get a new floor, closed in transom, and bracket.. And like you said I am going to make my floor go straight to the hull side and smooth and fair out the sides of the boat.
