Brees brought his A game. The Saints played hard and the coach Beliceked the Colts. I love Peyton Manning but it's a little annoying that people look at him and the Colts with such rose-colored glasses. The self-proclaimed team of the decade. Maybe all time greatest, blah, blah, blah. Let's wait a couple more seasons. Rothlisberger and Brady might have a little something to say about Manning's clutchness when it counts most.
If you asked me which quarterback I would want win one game on it's biggest stage among current players....I would have to give the rock to Tom Brady. He has the best postseason winning percentage and is clutch as clutch gets. Even in the Suberbowl Loss everyone forgets Brady's Drive down the field before Eli chucked the ball blindly into triple coverage, on an arguable "In the Grasp"(payback for belichek and the tuck rule.lol) and the Football Gods shined on David Tyree. Brady has the season TD record. Not to mention throwing 8int's when they know you're throwing it a ton. For me that's what makes' Brady's season better than Marino or Manning...look at that in print 50-8...video game The best regular season for a quarterback. Most accurate Playoff game. 16-0 regular season, I love when people say they werent even the best 18-1 team cause they didn't win the SB. He is the only quarterback to show up to the SB 18-0. Weren't the 72 Dolphins 17-0 obviously they arent better that those 72 Dolphins but it puts into perspective. Point is the offense he ran in 2007 was the greatest of the last 25 years. The best playoff record...better than Montana ,numerically obviously, Brady's 3-4 in the SB Montana obviously is 4-4. He is up there in game winning drives His wife being the richest supermodel in the world is'nt bad either What did Ricky Bobby Say,"...I wake up in the morning and I piss excellence." lol I know people always say system this system that. Most of his carreer his recievers have been subpar he had defense but the last few years he has carried the defense. He has proved that you can work to be the best at the position. Sanchez, Flacco kinda remind me of him. Have you ever watch him zoned in pre'snap and his drop/step/release....play fake...lethal....he is hated by so many for so many great reasons....Peyton and all of Indy used to have nightmares If I got to pick from anyone I have seen in my lifetime to win the one biggest game ever I'd take Montana, Brady Backing him up.

Saints played a great game. Sean Payton's call for the onside kick really set the tone for the whole second half. Brees was unreal after the first drive or so of the game. There's really something to be said about having a qb that is 6ft nothing going out there and playing like that to make you re-think what the prototypical qb should be.
As for the whole 18-1, SB XLII discussion... I can't exactly be unbiased... ![]() ![]()
