Speaking of Old Rides
Was going through my pictures this afternoon and ran across my 3rd boat..a 21' 1987 Chris Craft that I totally redid in 2003.had a 1988 225 on the back. I know its not a Seacraft..but I sure was proud of her!!! Saw it about a year ago at the sandbar and the new owner has a 250 Etec on the back with a full armstrong bracket!!

Re: Speaking of Old Rides
Pretty...Ya sure don't see to many of the old steel open brackets anymore...those Sea Hawks were good running boats... I used to love the old late 70's early 80's VF/VR Scorpians, nice bottom , pretty lines.....

Re: Speaking of Old Rides
Yes..I love blue..seems to be the easiest color for me to roll and tip.??!!! go figure....white was harder to roll and tip on my old formula...next boat will be white though..or whatever is on sale!!!
I remember drilling holes in bottom of gil bracket tubes...water had filled up the tubes and it was rusting from the inside out..obviously no positive flotation either!!! -Fred
