I appreciate the input, but I've been putting boats on land my whole life from wood, fiberglass, sail . power , commercial, pleasure & I'm just fine. The biggest problems I have ever seen personally is soft ground or poor weight distribution. Which I have neither. The key is getting the weight distributed in the right spots and evenly and the block inline. If the ground is too soft then you should tamp the ground a little and put down a cut of plywood. but again I don't have that problem. Btw those block under the front are 12" block not the typical 8".

Thank goodness that in the scheme of things you are broke, powerlesss and inconsequential, because with the shortsighted alternatives and idealogy you have you'd be much worse than those you complain about.
