The Teak spray rails were an after thought by the factory.
Installed they are two solid lengths of wood with stainless
screws about a foot apart. My guess the damaged area
was cut out. If you sand down the paint you will find
the counter sunk teak plugs that were used to secure it
to the hull. 5200 will NOT bond to the teak!
