Default Re: Coast Guard boarding & hull number question?

Very strange. I would want flares in a small lake.

One of my high school friends was a Coastie for 20 yrs. He always has great stories. They are mostly young men and like bikinis, go fast boats, and going into harms way.
Bless em all.

I knew last fall that venting tools were required, but the instructions on the back were wrong for many fish. I have the tool and de-hooker now. I still use my pliers and needle. I try to keep sani wipes in my box too. How do you clean the inside of the venting tool? Little nip bottle? Old fashioned pipe cleaners?

I`m all about being a steward for our mother, but sometimes the solution can be the problem.

Cheers,
GFS

yeah, ever read the cfrs on what goes into a first aid kit? And then go to a pharmacy and try to buy that [censored]? The 80 year-old woman behind the counter will tell you she hasn't seen half of that stuff in 20 years. But no flares?!?! why not!

How many numbers should it be?

Alabama doesn't require a tile so the only thing I have to go by is the bill of sale and registration.

After 1972, all HIN's should be 12 characters long (alpha/numeric). It appears you are missing some of yours.
