Building support in the bilge for the well to sit on is a great idea. That is probably the only thing that will support all that weight when the well is full of water. I was going to mount my gas tank like it was before(just screwed in at the flange) but I think I will put a cross member under the tank coffin to help support it even more. Great idea FellowShip.

I guess it takes at least on or two slow learners like me to finally come up with a good idea every once in a while from all our past mistakes.
