I would say your off a litte....Are you doing the work yourself?

I just had two estimates for a 23 done. This is buy professional shops in south florida.

1st- 8000.00 thats a new deck using plywood and repairing all the hatches and a new transom. the stringers should not need much work if any, as long as they are the box foam filled. refinish the interior from the rub rail in with awl-grip and new non-skid. This also includes me de-rigging the boat my self. The second estimate was 8500

As far as the full transom and bracket not sure have not priced that!
