Right on. Thats sounds to be about the same approach I am going to take. I also am unsure about the scuppers. I redid a 23 about 3 years ago and ran them out the side and found some thru hulls that had a recessed flap to keep the water from coming back in. It worked pretty good, so I may take that same approach. I also had raised my floor about three to four inches.
Just trying to sell my motor on my Master Angler right now then I will start on my restore.
Are you going to put any kind of strips of wood along the sides of the boat to secure the floor to or just use raise the stringers alone.?
