Not sure on my process yet. We have a local boat mfgr that is very helpful to DIYers and I want to see how they do theirs and go from there. Don't want to reinvent the wheel. I'll be masking it like Jim suggested. just don't know if I'll be using paint or gelcoat. I'll post it on my 25 resto thread when I get there.
