Default Proper Gelcoat

Anyone know the gelocat MFG and color number for the deck of a 1981 Seacraft 23 Scepter? I just started this project boat, its real clean but has a few gouges and screw holes to blend in. Thanks for the help.

Now where else could you possibly hope to find information like this? Gotta love CSC.com!

e Harmony?

Don how close will it match older gelcoat? I used mustard tint to match and am happy for a rookie on that front.

Cheers,
GFS

Most times I will tint an off white or white gel to match but some colors are a PITA so I will order the factory gel from Minicraft and tint. Especially the dark colors. On the off whites they seem to blend or weather to match over time if you get them close.

Hey GFS, I see you have not changed your "MO." - That's a GOOD THING, as Martha would say.

That's funny! It seems I've heard that someplace before. Oh yeah, I say it with great regularity. It is one of my motto's.

Another is, "Play hard- Life is not a dress rehearsal!"
