thanks for your input ! yes the bait well is in front of the motor box like yours he's been working on the transome ,pulled the cap,removed all the plywood from the interior,gelcoat and glassed outdrive opening, currently layering in new marine plywood and has armstrong bracket on order!!!!So next is removingthe fuel tank, he's worried about capacity and placement will be putting four stroke yamaha 225 or 250 on it and has plans for long runs offshore.I told him he needs 100 gallons to be safe. I only have a few pics ,have to try to figure out how to post them.
