I always had CC's but that Sceptre was my favorite boat, easy to do if you want to make it a Savage. The cabin is nice to store stuff out of the way - carry bags, extra rods all kinds of stuff. I got to like that fact I wasn't being buffeted by the wind all day, takes it out you on a long run.

Thats the way my 18 was when I spotted it about a 1/2 mile from the highway. I just had to turn around and check it out. She was an unfinished project and still is 8 years later. And to this day, one of the prettiest boats in my area. Deck is for blood and guts!!

looks very clean and shiny in pics but its been painted recently.i took the boat out for sea trails 2 times and amazingly everything works!!! I only paid 2300 for the boat and trailer so i think im ahead so far. its not that i dont like the cabin but its not that practical. there is no anchor locker, and i had a 23' hydro-sport wa and never used the cabin.i think i just want a project for the next few years! it also needs new transom,dive platform and an engine bracket to make room for dive platform
