Default I'm in....

Wanted one for a while. Found what we wanted in FL... pretty much a blank boat (23' Seacraft 1976) that has had most of the major glass work redone, closed transom and cabin taken off. I'll post the rest as we finish her up right.

Wish us luck!

Looks like you're off to a great start. The only luck you'll need is being able to keep it in the water. That baby is gonna fly with those 225's You will need a couple of gear cases though. Keep us updated.

Nice rig. Looks like a lot of the work has already been done. She'll be sweet when you're done with her. I hope you didn't have to trailer it very far like that. Jeez, the tongue's got to be carrying 40% of the weight with the boat sitting that far forward.

Why would someone "fill" the front insides and negate the 3 pcs. hull advantages?

Looks like someone converted a Sceptre into a center console. Those three hatches on the front deck look just like whats in a Sceptre. Not having a "gunale" to lean against up there is going to be tricky.
