Holy fat Batman!!! I'm thinking that wheel barrow is not big enough to haul that belly around in. Might need a F-250.

Stopped by the F.C. with offerings again on Sun....but, alas I`m having trouble with their hours again. About 3.30 and the club was sleepy.

I know many day trippers and other lurkers may show up.
Please chime in.

Capt. Steve from Florida Sport Fishing Mag. thinks he can make it. Let`s give him a reason please. Saturday has Boat Pix on hand and others can shoot a frame or two. He`s just back from a trip to Big Papi`s homeland. Shhhh!

I`ve heard `tell that an `ole 27 may appear? Maybe an old 21 not quite ready for the ball? Looking great, BTW and a great idea for the folding flaps for motah access. Both entries would be inspirational!!!

Chime in locals!

Let`s get the folks at Boat Pix up early!

Cheers,
GFS

I don't get up early even when camping, I have a cot - just say'in

I heard bait was everywhere around the island and Munyan, I am hoping Raccoon Boy needs some $ for hunting. So about 10 he should have decent handle on where they are

Ok, here's a shot of Peanut Island to get the attention of all you slackers than haven't made your reservations yet, as well as you locals that may not have given it much thought!

Shadow and I took a ride over there a couple months ago to get some pics so y'all would know what to expect.

Click here to see a slide show of what we found! This is by far one of the most beautiful parks and campgrounds on the east coast, located right on the beach on the east side of the island where you'll get a breeze right off the inlet. Turquoise green water with 30-50' visibility in the inlet at high tide and up to 120' on beautiful offshore reefs that are only about a mile off the beach! (You have to drift dive because of the current, which will about tear your ears off if you try to anchor!) The gulf stream is only 3 miles out, so it's a short run for a good shot at dolphin, wahoo, kings, and sails if you like to troll or lots of reefs for bottom fishing! Good snook fishing in the inlet at night! Can't beat it for variety and convenience! Doesn't get much easier than this folks! If anyone prefers to stay in a motel, let me know, as there are several options for that too! Denny

Shadow loves that big sandbar!

I think that is my campsite just past that first pic, right next to the water - unfortunately Big Ol'Fat Houndog has been axed from the trip - way too much food around which makes him lose his mind

Whoa..........I think PBC should upgrade their web pictures to Dennys. Great recon! I can't wait. Sure is a different island than the one I grew up with.
