Looks pretty clean, and cared for. I wouldn't hesitate to pay 2500 or so. The 140 will have it screaming at 40+ if healthy and the trailer looks good. In another economic time that boat might have fetched 5k. unfortunately, with old power the guy will be lucky to get 2k. The memories and fun it will bring will be priceless to the lucky buyer.
I'd bid 1501 and go up til it meets reserve and see what happens. only 20 mins left though... Good luck. I love mine.
